About Allison Bulliman
Allow me to help you grow successfully in your life. Family, marriage, work, money, and decision-making all need to be balanced as you focus on becoming the best you.

Allie Bulliman, LMHCA, R-DMT, MA is a licensed mental health counseling associate in the state of Washington and a nationally Registered Dance/Movement Therapist. She received her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Arts Therapy, with a specialization in Dance/Movement Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She holds member status with the American Dance Therapy Association and the Washington State Mental Health Counselors Association.
Allie offers counseling for a variety of life events including:
"I knew I wanted to be a therapist when I was 14 years old. Our family was fortunate enough to move to a foreign country with my father’s profession, although at the time, it was completely devastating leaving my family, friends, and the only life I knew. His company required that we see a family counselor before we made the big move to a never before visited country and culture. That therapist made such a big impact in my transition as a teenager; she gave me the space and ability to process my emotions, put words to my feelings, and armed me with all the tools necessary to believe and eventually understand that I was indeed capable.
Can you imagine a world full of people who believe they are capable, test it, and see how successful they are with their goals? That therapist inspired me to grow and acknowledge potential; I hope to inspire your growth, inspire your potential, and inspire your wellness.
Mental health, disorders, and diagnoses can be heavy, sometimes scary, and even overwhelming, but learning to understand and manage life with them is possible."
